Founded in 2002 and wholly invested by Mingyuan Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Dalian Mingyuan Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd. is the first private enterprise in Dalian with the qualification of wholesale, distribution and storage of refined oil as well as fuel oil. For many years successively, Mingyuan Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd. has been selected among the top 100 enterprises in sales revenue in China petroleum processing and logistics industry. The Mingyuan trademark is awarded as the famous trademark in China, Liaoning Province and Dalian city respectively.
In 2007, Mingyuan Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd. funded Dalian Mingyuan Storage Tank wharf Co., Ltd. Located in the chemical industrial park of Songmu Island, Puwan New District, Dalian, now the company owns three 10,000 ton level of liquid chemical quay berths, and a project with a total tank capacity of 440,000 m³ equipped with railway special lines is planned to be completed in 2019.
Mingyuan Products Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mingyuan Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd. Established in 2017, it is located in Ningbo, the beautiful coast of the East Sea, and mainly engaged in the wholesale and retail of chemical raw materials and products and the marketing business of petrochemical derivatives .
In the future, based on the overall development strategy of the mother company Mingyuan Group, Mingyuan Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd. will continue to explore and innovate the corporate management mode, expand the chemical market, and strive to become a first-class trade enterprise in the petrochemical field.
