Established in 2007, Dalian Jinyuan Petroleum and Chemical co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mingyuan Group, is located in the Chemical Industrial Park of Songmu Island , Puwan New District, Dalian, covering an area of 0.5 million square meters. Its main products are naphtha, diesel oil, mixed aromatic hydrocarbon, liquefied petroleum gas, petroleum coke, asphalt, sulfur, benzene, toluene and so on, among which, the diesel oil has reached the national five emission standard. In 2013, the company obtained discount support for key park industrial projects of Liaoning coastal economic belt. In 2016, it got the safety production standardization level 3 certificate. In July 2017, it got the official approval for the use of 800,000 tons of import crude oil per year by the National Development and Reform Commission, and in June 2018, it got the approval of crude oil import qualification for non-state trade by the Ministry of Commerce. The company has been successively appraised as Dalian Model Enterprise of Harmonious Labor Relationship and the Enterprise with outstanding contributions in Puwan Economic Zone, and was listed amontg the top 40 Enterprises of Industrial Output in Jinpu New District. The management team, technical team and the boiler group in the production line were honored respectively as the Excellent Enterprise Management Team, Excellent Innovative and R & D team and Liaoning Worker's Pioneer by the Municipal Party Committee of Pulandian, Dalian Municipal Government and Liaoning Federation of Trade Unions.
In the future, directed by the strategic plan of Mingyuan Group and guided by intelligent construction, Jinyuan Petroleum and Chemical Co., Ltd. will create and construct an intelligent factory integrating production, supply, sales and management. And as a core enterprise, it will give full play to guide and promote the development and growth of the group’s petrochemical segment.
