In 2001, Dalian Mingyuan Holdings Co.,Ltd. was founded.
In 2002, Dalian Ming Yuan Petroleum and chemicals Co., Ltd was founded, which main business activities include finished oil and fuel oil wholesaling, land and sea distribution, storage & transhipment.
In 2007, subsidiary companies, Dalian Jin Yuan Petrochemicals Co.,Ltd. and Dalian Ming Yuan Storage and Port Co., Ltd. were founded. The storage and logistics capacities were increased significantly, and the business was expanded to producing and selling of petrochemical products.
